Easy Blueberry Crumble

1/4 cup vegan butter melted. Instructions. Preheat oven to 375F. Pit and halve the apricots, and arrange in your 9X13 baking dish in a single layer. Pour blueberries on top of your apricot layer. Add the brown sugar and ground cinnamon and mix to combine. TIP: drain the liquid again after mixing (if there is any).
