The apricot vinaigrette is on point, and the dish only improved after sitting 30 minutes at room temperature, allowing the scallions to blend & mellow. Served alongside the equally excellent Moroccan grilled chicken, it was a massive hit with the whole family including a baby and very picky toddler. I'll absolutely be making this again soon!
