The fries were in thin potato wedge format, and seasoned liberally - a great combination. The food totally hit, the ambiance was a total hit. Very traditional bar, decorated quite intentionally, and in a good location in West Yellowstone. I would definitely say it was pretty 60/40 tourists/locals, which isn't a bad ratio for such a touristy area.
