Lock and Barrel- I'm not entirely sure about this one, shock, lock, and barrel all have blue lips, so I'd assumed that Lock abd Barrel either froze to death or drowned. Oogie Boogie- Also pretty obvious, even in the movie he's a mobster, he was most likely involved in some shady business, where he ended up getting cut up and left for dead in a sack where a bunch of bugs started crawling in him.
