The Indian Ocean Marine Research Centre (IOMRC) is a world-class collaborative research facility in Perth, Western Australia. The 7th edition of the Indian Ocean Conference (IOC) is set to take place in Perth, Australia, from February 9-10, bringing together key stakeholders to deliberate on the theme "Towards a Stable and Sustainable Indian Ocean."

The Indian Ocean Conference (IOC) is an annual event which debuted in Singapore in the year 2016 with over 300 delegates from 22 countries including ministers, political leaders, diplomats, strategic thinkers, academics, and media.

The Indian Ocean Drive is the southern gateway to the Coral Coast region.
