I had the pleasure of dining at celebrity Roy Yamaguchi's chain-restaurant: Roy's! I had enjoyed a Roy's Classic Four: Hibachi Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Misoyaki " Butterfish," Blackened Island Ahi, and Roasted Macadamia Nut Mahi Mahi ($53) with a Flirtini on the side.
