Heavy is the hand that chops the cilantro at Cempazuchi; at least that was my experience with the Tinga burrito. (But, I didn't hate it). Tinga is touted as "spicy chicken and pork" on the menu and I can vouch for the chickeness and porkness of said burrito, but not the spicyness.Maybe this Texan is a little spoiled, but it was around a 0.5 on the spice meter.
