Chocolate Almond Biscotti Recipe Clara's Great Depression Kitchen
Whole almonds are nice, but chopping them up makes them go much further. Pre-heat oven to 375°. Add dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the oil, and eggs, one at a time, and work into a dough. Add chopped almonds. Add more flour to wet dough. It should not be sticky to touch. Divide dough into two rectangular parts.
