Bought 3 fissler pans 4 years ago two 28cm fissler catania one with teflon coating one stainless steel and stainless steel wok pan. The teflon on the first one flaked off in a few months with wery light use, so to the garbage it went. The stainless steel ones are amazing. They're 3 ply aluminum core and heats wery evenly.

I've used two Le Creuset, one Scanpan, and one Woll Diamond non-stick pans (11-12inch) over these years. All high-end, pricy ones. Non of them is as good as this Fissler pan. I think Fissler Adamant is relatively new on the market, since I've been looking for good non-stick pans for years and just came across this one this January.
