In a medium saucepan, combine the applesauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, habanero pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes.
