My mom makes this very simple but delicious gluten free Lemon Rice. She gave me the recipe for it-Do the regular Indian seasoning in two tbsps oil with curry leaves, mustard seeds, lots of cumin seeds, some lentils andslit green chilies. You can add cut onions and garlic if you want but it is generally not required. Then add raw peanuts and saute for some time. Then add turmeric and squeeze.
