Add the pork chops and sear on each side for 2 minutes. Transfer the pork chops to a tray while you start the tomato sauce. Directions. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Pat tenderloin dry, and season on all sides with 1/2 teaspoon of the pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt. Starting on the Stovetop. Put the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of the butter into the skillet, and set over low-medium heat. Strew the sage leaves around the pan and cook them slowly for a minute or two as the butter melts and starts to sizzle. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Wash and cut the tomatoes into halves. Place the pork loin on a baking dish and with a sharp knife give 3 to 4 cuts across the loin. Instructions. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Season pork tenderloin on all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a large pan on medium-high heat, place olive oil. Place pork tenderloin in pan, and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned a bit. Turn off heat from stove.

Instructions. Preheat oven to 400F/200C. Slice the pork into one inch thick pieces. Season each slice with salt and pepper and place them in a roasting pan large enough to accommodate all of them in one layer. (I used a 9x13inches) In a measuring cup, add the crushed garlic and a pinch of salt.

Add 1/2 cup wine and tomato paste, cook until wine is almost evaporated, reduce heat to medium, and cook until mixture is thick and pasty, 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining 1 cup wine, simmer for 3-4 minutes or until reduced by half. Whisk 1/2 cup stock and flour in a medium bowl until smooth. Add flour mixture and remaining 1 ½.

Place in slow cooker. Drain and rinse beans and pour over pork tenderloin. Pour tomatoes, and tomato sauce over top along with minced garlic. Salt and pepper. Let cook 6-8 hours on low. Until pork is tender. Shred pork and stir in 2-3 tbsp pesto. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with warm crusty bread.
