Campari is easy to infuse with a variety of fruits, not just strawberry. But, to make the infusion, add chopped strawberries, about 1 cup, into a mason jar or other glass container. Cover the fruit with Campari, filing until the strawberries are covered, about 1 1/2 cups. Close the jar and give it a shake, then place it in a cool, dry place.
